Job Description:
Position: CNC Operator
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers with knowledge can also apply)
Location: Chennai
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Main Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools to perform machining tasks.
Set up machines by loading raw materials, selecting tools, and adjusting basic machine parameters.
Conduct trial runs and check parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
Monitor machine operations, detect issues, and report to supervisors for corrections.
Maintain machines in proper working condition by performing routine checks and cleaning.
Follow safety and quality standards during all machining operations.
Support production teams to achieve daily targets.
Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.
Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
