We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR operations. This position will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and HR reporting, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions and a positive workplace environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year (based on experience)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Administer payroll: salary processing, calculation, and disbursement.
Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.
Handle employee queries and foster a collaborative work culture.
Work with management to implement HR policies and streamline processes.
