Who You Are:
Process Control & Improvement: You will design and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and variation in production.
Root Cause Analysis: You'll use tools like 8D problem-solving and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring problems are fixed at their source.
Auditing & Compliance: You'll conduct internal and external audits to ensure our processes and products comply with international standards like ISO 9001.
Data-Driven Decisions: You'll analyze quality metrics and data to provide actionable insights, guiding management and engineering teams toward continuous improvement.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
Location: In And Around Chennai
