Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting technical drawings, using precision measuring tools, and ensuring all products meet quality standards.

Qualification : 10th ,12th, Diploma

Experience : 0 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders) to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.

Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process.

Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.

Use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to inspect finished parts.

Document production information and report issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

Ensure products meet specifications and company quality standards.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Proficient with precision measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Basic math and computer skills.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing or machine shop setting.

May involve standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy materials.
