Machine Operation: Set up and operate VMC CNC machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings.
Program Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs (G-code).
Tool Setup: Install, adjust, and replace cutting tools and machine fixtures as required.
Quality Inspection: Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality standards.
Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine or program errors to maintain production flow.
