Screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
MS Office & HR software knowledge
Candidate follow-up and onboarding
Familiar with end-to-end recruitment process
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various departments
Coordinate with hiring managers for job requirements
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Schedule and conduct initial HR interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
Support HR team in day-to-day operations
