Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor

Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency to meet production targets

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

Train and mentor production staff to promote continuous improvement

Analyze production data and generate performance reports

Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance departments

Implement lean manufacturing practices and process optimizations

Address and resolve production issues in real-time



Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (ERP/MES systems)

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of safety and quality control standards (e.g., ISO, 5S, Six Sigma)


Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering

Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (preferred but not mandatory)

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
