Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed
Support HR and finance departments with basic admin tasks
Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and cleanliness
Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and visitors
Skills Required:
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Time management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
