Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Medical Billing Non-Voice Demo Entry Senior Executive to handle complex patient demographic and insurance data with high accuracy and ensure compliance with US healthcare standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update patient demographic data in billing/EMR systems

Verify complex insurance details, subscriber information, and payer coverage

Review eligibility, referrals, and authorization information

Identify and resolve data discrepancies and rejections

Ensure adherence to payer-specific and client-specific guidelines

Maintain 100% HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

Support AR and billing teams by providing accurate front-end data

Handle escalations and complex cases

Assist in training or guiding junior demo entry staff (if required)

Meet high quality, accuracy, and productivity benchmarks

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in US medical billing demo entry

Expert knowledge of insurance plans, payer rules, and demographics

Strong knowledge of EMR / billing software

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Basic knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Eligibility:

5+ years of relevant experience in Demo Entry

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
