Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Non-Voice Demo Entry Executive to accurately enter, verify, and maintain patient demographic and insurance information in medical billing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient demographic details in billing/EMR systems

Verify insurance information, policy numbers, payer details, and coverage

Ensure accuracy of patient data (name, DOB, address, subscriber details)

Review referrals, authorizations, and eligibility details

Identify and correct data discrepancies promptly

Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards

Follow HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality guidelines

Coordinate with AR and billing teams for data clarifications

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in US medical billing demo entry

Strong typing and data accuracy skills

Good understanding of insurance plans and payer details

Basic knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 (added advantage)

Proficiency in billing software / EMR systems

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Eligibility:

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Demo Entry

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
