Job Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented Medical Billing Non-Voice Demo Entry Executives to accurately enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information in medical billing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Enter and update patient demographic details in billing/EMR systems

Verify insurance information, policy numbers, and coverage details

Ensure accuracy of patient data such as name, DOB, address, and ID

Review referral, authorization, and eligibility details

Identify and correct data entry errors

Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels

Follow HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality guidelines

Coordinate with billing and AR teams for data-related clarifications

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of US medical billing process

Good typing and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

Eligibility:

Freshers with medical billing training can apply

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts / rotational shifts
