Job Title: Medical Billing Non-Voice – Payment Posting Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Non-Voice Payment Posting Executive to accurately post insurance and patient payments, analyze EOBs/ERAs, and ensure proper reconciliation of medical accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Post insurance and patient payments accurately in billing systems

Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) / ERAs

Identify and apply contractual adjustments, write-offs, and denials

Reconcile payments with billed charges and resolve discrepancies

Identify underpayments and overpayments and flag for AR follow-up

Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks

Update payment notes and remarks in the system

Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality

Coordinate with AR and denial management teams when required

Required Skills:

Strong experience in US medical billing payment posting

Excellent knowledge of EOB / ERA analysis

Good understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good typing and system navigation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Eligibility:

1 to 5+ years of relevant experience in payment posting

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
