Job Description:

We are hiring Medical Billing Non-Voice Payment Posting Executives to accurately post insurance and patient payments, review EOBs, and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts without voice calls.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Post insurance and patient payments into billing systems

Review and analyze EOBs / ERAs

Identify underpayments, overpayments, and adjustments

Apply contractual adjustments accurately

Reconcile payments with billed charges

Update payment details and remarks in the system

Maintain accuracy and meet productivity targets

Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Coordinate with AR teams for payment discrepancies

Required Skills:

Knowledge of US medical billing payment posting process

Ability to read and understand EOBs / ERAs

Good typing and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

Eligibility:

Freshers with medical billing training can apply

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts / rotational shifts
