Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Medical Billing AR Caller to follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid or denied medical claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up

Check and analyze claim status and EOBs

Identify, analyze, and resolve denials and rejections

Re-submit corrected claims as required

Document call details and update claim status in billing software

Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Coordinate with coding and billing teams

Required Skills:

Good English communication skills (verbal)

Strong knowledge of US medical billing AR process

Understanding of denial management and follow-ups

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility:

Freshers with medical billing AR training can apply

Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Willingness to work in US shifts (night shift)
