Aging Report Management: To detect stagnant claims and prioritize collection operations, track and examine AR aging buckets.
Payer Performance Tracking: Examine the payment habits of various insurance providers to find instances of underpayment or persistent reimbursement delays.
Workflow Optimization: Create and carry out plans of action to lower the "Days in AR."
Credit Balance Resolution: To guarantee proper financial reporting, examine and settle credit balances and overpayments.
input Loop: To avoid mistakes in the future, give the Coding, Front-Desk, and Eligibility teams continuous input on the reasons behind denials.
Provider Education: Write reports about the financial well-being and collection performance of healthcare providers or management.
KPI Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports on important indicators like denial rates, adjusted collection rates, and net collection ratios.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Best in the Industry
