Your Contribution:
You will be directly responsible for auditing submitted prior authorization requests against established payer and client guidelines, ensuring 100% accuracy in patient demographics, procedure codes (CPT/HCPCS), and medical necessity documentation. Your expertise will be critical in:
Developing and utilizing QA checklists to track authorization process completeness.
Identifying systemic errors or training gaps within the Prior Authorization team.
Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on any failed authorizations or subsequent denials.
Providing detailed, actionable feedback to team members to drive immediate improvement
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
Location: In And Around Chennai
