Key Responsibilities:
In order to find and assign all pertinent HCC codes, you will carefully examine clinical documentation and independently oversee the entire coding process for a portfolio of patient records. By carefully reviewing charts and keeping abreast of the most recent coding requirements (such as ICD-10-CM), you will be the only one responsible for your coding accuracy. The financial stability of our business and, more significantly, our capacity to deliver critical care will be directly and palpably impacted by your astute analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience: 1 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
