Developing comprehensive QA checklists and scoring methodologies based on the latest payer and regulatory requirements.
Performing complex audits on finalized authorizations to identify systemic errors and training gaps.
Analyzing denial patterns caused by authorization errors to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Providing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure all authorizations are accurate and complete before service is rendered.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
Location: In And Around Chennai
Immediate Joiner Mostly Preferred
