The medical billing sector is changing quickly, heading towards a time when revenue cycle optimisation will be mostly dependent on data-driven insights and automated workflows. In order to maximise reimbursement and reduce denials, quality control in this industry will require people who are capable of going beyond basic checks, proactively detecting process bottlenecks, and making sure every claim is handled precisely and in compliance. Our goal is to lead this field and provide our clients with a faultless and easy financial process.
What you will do:
Verifying patient eligibility, confirming accurate CPT/HCPCS and ICD coding, and making sure all required clinical documentation is fully compliant and supports the service's medical necessity are just a few of the demanding, high-level quality audits you will be in charge of performing on prior authorisation submissions. To promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, your responsibilities will include spotting systemic flaws, reporting on quality trends, facilitating authorisation team training sessions, and carrying out corrective action plans.
