Position: AR Caller
Location: Perungudi ,Chennai
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹35,000 Per Month (Based on Experience & Skills)
Experience :Minimum 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies (Health / Term Insurance) to follow up on pending claims.
Understand and resolve claim denials, rejections, or payment delays.
Update claim status accurately in the system and maintain proper documentation.
Work with internal teams to escalate unresolved or complex issues.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Job Requirements:
Any Graduation
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a Day Shift (5 days working).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
