Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our growing healthcare team. The role requires strong expertise in denial management, physician billing, and US healthcare processes. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounts receivable calls and resolve billing issues.

Manage denials effectively and ensure timely follow-ups with insurance companies.

Work on physician billing and ensure accuracy in claims processing.

Maintain proper documentation of interactions and update records in line with company policies.

Achieve performance metrics including productivity, quality, and resolution time.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as AR Caller.

Strong knowledge of denial management and physician billing.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Proper relieving letter from previous employer is mandatory.

Must have own laptop and Wi-Fi connection.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with customer-focused approach.
