Job Description:

We are hiring Medical Billing Executives for our Non-Voice US Healthcare Process team. You will work on charge entry and payment posting in a back-office environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and payer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter patient charges and payment data accurately into billing software

Process insurance and patient payments (Payment Posting)

Follow-up on errors and rejections from payers

Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data confidentiality standards

Collaborate with internal QA teams for quality output

Qualifications:

Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred: B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Pharm, or Allied Health Sciences)

Candidates with medical billing training or knowledge of US healthcare are a plus

Freshers with good typing and analytical skills are welcome

Skills Required:

Strong typing and data entry skills

Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Basic knowledge of RCM, CPT, ICD, and EOB (preferred)

Excellent attention to detail

Willingness to work night shifts
