Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outgoing calls to potential clients from databases to present business products.
Product Presentation: To attract customers, succinctly and clearly describe the characteristics, advantages, and cost structures of the product.
Setting Up Appointments: Assign qualified leads to Senior Sales Managers and arrange excellent appointments or demonstrations.
Database management: Ensure that the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system accurately records customer information, call results, and follow-up dates.
Objection Handling: Use pre-written scripts and in-depth product expertise to persuasively answer client worries or reluctance.
Goal Attainment: Regularly reach or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs like "Talk Time," "Call Volume," and "Conversion Rate."
Follow-up Management: Give prospects who previously expressed interest or asked for further information a prompt follow-up call.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
