Responsibilities:
Outbound and Inbound Calling: Use a script to start a conversation with prospective clients in order to offer goods or request donations.
Lead Generation & Qualification: To guarantee a high conversion rate for the sales team, identify prospects and screen them according to their needs, interests, and financial capacity.
Product Knowledge Delivery: Clearly explain technical features, advantages, and cost structures to clients while addressing any queries they might have.
Database management: Use the CRM software to maintain precise, thorough records of all calls, client comments, and follow-up actions.
Organize and schedule meetings between qualified prospects and field agents or senior sales managers.
Objection Handling: Handle customer complaints or "no" answers persuasively by offering substitute solutions or emphasizing particular benefits of the product.
Goal Achieved: Regularly reach or surpass monthly sales/lead targets and daily call volume criteria.
Market Feedback: To help improve sales tactics, report common customer complaints or competitor information obtained during calls to the marketing department.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
