Outbound Calling: Make contact with prospective clients utilizing a prepared directory in order to build interest and advertise goods or services.
Lead Qualification: Determine whether a prospect is a suitable fit for the business by asking targeted questions, then advance them along the sales funnel.
Objection Handling: Address client worries by using persuasive speaking techniques to change a "no" into a "maybe" or a "yes."
Data Calibration: Precisely enter contact information, call results, and follow-up dates into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Management of the Target: Reach or surpass daily "production runs" for the quantity of calls, conversation time, and appointments booked.
Required Skills:
Fluent Communication: The ability to communicate professionally and clearly while modifying tone and tempo to suit the needs of the client.
Persuasion Skills: Excellent capacity to sway others and convey the advantages of a product in an engaging manner.
Persistence: The capacity to manage large call volumes and maintain optimism in the face of repeated rejections.
Software Proficiency: A basic understanding of dialer software, CRM tools, and computer systems.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
