Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline)

Generate leads and business opportunities

Plan and implement field marketing and promotional activities

Coordinate with sales teams to improve conversions

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Manage social media marketing and digital promotions

Maintain and update marketing reports and MIS

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support branding and corporate marketing initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong marketing and sales coordination skills

Experience in lead generation and conversion

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (basic to intermediate)

Ability to work independently and meet targets
