Position Details:
Role: Sales Engineer – Solar Panels (Channel Sales)
Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in solar panel sales)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Chennai ( bike preferred)
Key Requirement: Candidate should have prior experience in channel sales within the solar industry and be capable of driving business growth through partner networks.
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to manage and expand our channel sales network for solar panel solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
1–3 years of experience in solar panel or renewable energy product sales
Strong understanding of channel/partner sales dynamics
Ability to identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and distributors
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide necessary technical and commercial support to partners
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
