Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring needs across multiple roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Non-IT positions

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates through offer rollout and joining

Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Meet hiring targets and timelines

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Required Skills:

Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Basic MS Excel and email skills

Eligibility:

1 to 2 years of relevant recruitment experience

MBA / MSW / MHRM / Any Graduate
