We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions, develop HR strategies, and ensure effective people management aligned with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exits
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Handle manpower planning and workforce management
Lead recruitment strategies and team handling
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and statutory filings
Drive employee engagement, training, and development initiatives
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management dashboards
Required Skills:
Strong experience in HR operations and people management
Sound knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Experience in team handling and stakeholder management
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Excel
Eligibility:
5+ years of HR experience with leadership exposure
MBA / MSW / MHRM / Any Graduate
Experience in IT / BPO / Manufacturing preferred
