Job Description
Responsibilities:
Office Supplies: Maintain stock levels by managing the inventory of stationery, equipment, and office supplies and starting procurement requests.
Facilities Liaison: Organize maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services in coordination with facility management, suppliers, and service providers.
Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including document preparation, professional email writing, and mail sorting.
Filing and Documentation: To ensure confidentiality and ease of retrieval, set up and maintain effective physical and electronic filing systems for papers, records, and reports.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Help with the administrative aspects of the employment lifecycle, such as handling exit papers or creating new recruit paperwork.
Attendance: Organize leave requests and keep track of staff attendance.
Soft Skills:
outstanding multitasking, time management, and organizing skills.
strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.
Excellent discretion, expertise, and privacy.
proactive mindset and the capacity to operate on one's own with little guidance.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Best in the Industries
