Job Title: Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Department

Location: Chennai
Experience : 0 to 3 Years
Salary: ₹23,800 – ₹31,000 per month based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and communicate them clearly to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Supervise, guide, and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
Ensure safe usage of equipment and plan regular maintenance.
Monitor production output to meet quality specifications.
Prepare and submit reports on performance and progress.
Identify and resolve efficiency issues, suggesting process improvements.
Train new employees on safe machinery operation and standard procedures.
Enforce strict safety protocols and company standards.
