Job Description:
Responsibilities:
General Ledger Management: Keep complete and accurate records of all financial activities, making sure that income and expenses are properly classified.
Accounts Payable (AP): Maintain positive vendor relationships and maximize cash outflow while processing vendor invoices, confirming approvals, and scheduling payments.
Accounts Receivable (AR): To maintain consistent cash flow, create customer invoices, monitor aging records, and pursue past-due payments.
Taxation & Compliance: Help with the computation and submission of statutory returns, including income tax, GST, and TDS, while making sure that all deadlines are strictly met.
Payroll Processing: Work with HR to handle monthly payroll, which includes calculating statutory contributions (PF/ESI), bonuses, and deductions.
Audit Support: Create schedules and paperwork for both internal and external audits, making sure that every question is answered with proof.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
