Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use networking, cold calling, field visits, and digital marketing leads to proactively find possible clients.
Consultative Selling: To determine the client's existing energy consumption and structural appropriateness for solar, perform comprehensive energy audits and site assessments.
Proposal Development: Develop specialized solar solutions and financial plans that emphasize environmental impact, payback times, and ROI (Return on Investment).
Policy & Incentive Expertise: To give clients accurate financial advice, stay current on local solar policies, net metering laws, and government subsidies.
Negotiation and Closing: To meet or surpass monthly goals, manage the sales funnel, address concerns about expenses or technology, and complete sales contracts.
Relationship Management: To produce organic leads, establish and preserve a solid network of architects, contractors, and current clients.
Cross-Functional Coordination: To guarantee technical viability and efficient project execution, work together with the engineering and installation teams.
Market intelligence: To keep a competitive edge in the local market, keep an eye on rival activity, price patterns, and emerging solar technology.
Experience: 2 to 4 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
