Your Duties:
Machine Changeover & Fixture Installation: Install specialized pneumatic vices, indexing tables, rotary axes, or modular machining fixtures in accordance with process setup sheets during thorough batch changeovers on 3-axis and 4-axis VMCs.
Milling Tool Assembly and Magazine Loading: Choose the necessary cutting tools, put them together in the appropriate BT40/HSK tool holders, and then load them into the machine tool changer magazine in accordance with predetermined sequence layouts.
G-Code & M-Code ProgramProving: To confirm Z-axis clearance heights to avoid table or fixture crashes, download CNC programs from the central network, examine lines of code, and perform the first-off dry run or single-block trace mode.
TrialOptimization: To maximize cycle stability, machine the initial part of a fresh batch while keeping an eye on spindle load meters, listening for unusual cutting chatter or vibration, and adjusting speed or feed overrides on the controller panel.
