Your Duties:
Component Assembly: Using hand tools, power tools, or specialized assembly fixtures, fit, bolt, or glue components together in accordance with technical manuals.
Blueprint Interpretation: To guarantee proper part orientation and sequence, read and analyze work orders, schematics, and standardized work instructions (SWIs).
Machine Operation: Use torque drivers, presses, or semi-automated machinery to secure parts without causing material damage.
Quality Verification: To find and separate faulty components, perform functional tests and visual inspections.
Line Maintenance: To avoid cross-contamination or safety risks, keep the workstation tidy and orderly (5S standards).
Production Logging: Keep precise records in digital interfaces or production logs of hourly output, scrap counts, and any equipment outages.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to lockout-tagout (LOTO) protocols and all personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations.
