Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: In accordance with technical schematics, solder and desolder electronic components onto PCBs.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: To find problems in analog and digital circuitry, use oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
Preventive maintenance: To avoid unplanned downtime or signal degradation, do routine performance checks and cleaning of delicate electronic equipment.
Calibration: To guarantee that electrical devices and sensors give precise readings within predetermined limitations, calibrate and adjust them.
Blueprint Reading: To comprehend signal flow and component values, interpret intricate electrical circuit designs, wiring schematics, and technical manuals.
Testing and Quality Control: To make sure new or repaired electronic devices satisfy all performance and safety requirements, conduct functional testing.
Soldering & Rework: Perform precise rework, such as IC replacements and track repairs, on damaged boards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of the principles of electronics, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, diodes, and integrated circuits (ICs), is known as circuit literacy.
Soldering Mastery: Outstanding proficiency with hot-air rework stations and manual soldering for fragile SMD components.
Diagnostic Tool Proficiency: Practical knowledge of a variety of test instruments, including spectrum analyzers and digital storage oscilloscopes (DSO).
The ability to follow signals through intricate multi-sheet electronic schematics and P&IDs.
An unwavering eye for seeing burned parts, dried solder joints, or actual board Damages.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
