Offer Management: Manage pay talks, confirm references, and work with the leadership group to draft official offer letters.
Recruitment Analytics: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and monitor important metrics such as "Time-to-Hire," "Cost-per-Hire," and "Source Quality."
Focus Skills:
Behavioral Assessment: Excellent people-reading, soft skill evaluation, and long-term cultural alignment prediction skills.
Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to "sell" the company's value proposition to passive candidates and manage intricate salary negotiations.
Boolean Searching: Excellent ability to locate specialized expertise on professional networks utilizing sophisticated search strings (AND, OR, NOT).
Time management: The capacity to concurrently handle demanding hiring needs in several departments without sacrificing quality.
Communication: Expert written and spoken communication abilities to engage with stakeholders from C-suite executives to entry-level applicants.
