Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Take charge of the upkeep and repairs of the office's general civil works, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Vendor management is the process of locating, negotiating, and maintaining connections with outside service suppliers.
Procurement & Inventory: Ensure cost-effectiveness and zero stock-outs by managing the purchase and stock levels of stationery, office supplies, and pantry products.
Asset tracking: Keep a current inventory of all business assets, such as furniture, electronics, and equipment, and oversee their routine maintenance.
Travel & Hospitality: Organize staff travel, including booking flights, lodging, and obtaining visas, while following corporate travel regulations.
Security & Safety: Keep an eye on the security personnel and make sure the office abides by health and safety laws.
Front Desk Oversight: Keep an eye on the reception area to make sure that guests are handled professionally, that mail and couriers are managed effectively, and that calls are routed promptly.
Event Coordination: Manage logistics from venue reservations to food while helping to plan town halls, internal company events, and joyous celebrations.
Budget tracking: Help create the monthly admin budget and check vendor invoices before sending them to the finance division.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
