Your Duties:
Recruitment & Sourcing: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, and setting up department head interviews.
Lead the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, making sure they have the resources, access, and cultural integration they need to be successful right away.
Employee Records Management: Track attendance, leave, and performance information while keeping accurate and current digital and physical employee files.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Help collect payroll information (bonuses, deductions, and attendance) and assist in overseeing employee benefit plans, such as retirement funds and insurance.
Employee Engagement: To raise spirits and promote a high-performance culture, organize and carry out workplace events, town halls, and recognition initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Ensure a fair and compliant workplace by educating staff members on corporate rules and local labor laws.
