Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Oversee the complete setup of new equipment at client sites, making sure that it is properly calibrated, leveled, and integrated with the facility's utilities.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use software and diagnostic equipment to diagnose complicated mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on-site and determine the underlying cause of malfunctions.
By carrying out planned service contracts to examine, lubricate, and replace worn components, preventive maintenance (PM) helps to prolong the equipment's lifespan and avoid unscheduled downtime.
Operator Training: Provide practical instruction on safe machine operation, daily maintenance procedures, and fundamental troubleshooting to the client's employees.
Management of Spare Parts: Determine which spare parts are needed for repairs, create pricing estimates for customers, and work with the warehouse to guarantee prompt delivery and installation.
Service Documentation: Keep thorough service reports, such as "Job Cards" and "Installation Reports," recording customer comments and technical observations for the R&D team.
Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main technical point of contact, controlling customer expectations and offering guidance on equipment upgrades or retrofits.
Feedback Loop: Give the design and production divisions vital "field data" so they can improve subsequent product revisions based on actual performance.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
