Your Duties:
Production Oversight: Oversee press lines' daily production schedules to guarantee that stamped components are delivered on time.
Process Optimization: Track and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Cycle Time and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Die Set-up & Troubleshooting: Supervise the installation and testing of dies (tools); troubleshoot problems such as burr formation, wrinkling, or cracking during the stamping process.
Quality Control: Use calipers, gauges, and CMM reports to make sure all parts adhere to dimensions standards; take corrective action for items that don't.
Lean & 5S Implementation: Reduce waste and changeover time by implementing Lean techniques like Kaizen, SMED, and 5S to improve the shop floor.
Safety Compliance: To guarantee a zero-accident workplace, enforce stringent safety procedures, such as the usage of light curtains, two-hand trip guards, and PPE.
