Your Duties:
Patient Registration: Fill out the Practice Management System (PMS) with all of the patient's information, including legal name, date of birth, gender, address, and social security number.
Insurance Verification Data: From scanned insurance cards, accurately enter insurance carrier information, policy numbers, group numbers, and payer IDs.
Provider Mapping: Using the available medical records, assign the appropriate referring and rendering providers to each patient contact.
Data Validation: To find and fix inconsistencies, confirm and compare data from patient intake forms with scanned documents.
Eligibility Check Support: Verify that coverage is active by conducting preliminary insurance eligibility checks using payer portals or integrated system tools.
Organize and monitor patient chart batches to make sure all entries are finished within the allotted Turnaround Time (TAT).
