Your Duties:
Project Scheduling: Create and manage thorough project schedules, keeping track of everything from site inspections to grid connections.
Resource Orchestration: Ensure the best possible labor usage by coordinating the deployment of equipment, subcontractors, and installation teams to different locations.
Procurement Liaison: To prevent project "drift," work closely with the supply chain team to guarantee that solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures arrive on site precisely when needed.
Permitting & Interconnection: Oversee the filing and monitoring of utility interconnection agreements, building permits, and "Net Metering" applications with local authorities.
Documentation Management: Keep the "Project Gold File," which contains safety records, warranty documents, electrical schematics (SLDs), and structural drawings.
Budget tracking: Keep an eye on project spending in relation to the original budget, identify possible cost overruns, and efficiently handle change orders.
