Pipeline Management: To ensure precise forecasting, maintain and update a robust sales pipeline inside the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Negotiation & Closing: Take the lead in contract talks, calmly handle objections, and settle conditions to establish new commercial alliances.
Market intelligence: Keep an eye on market changes, competition activity, and industry trends to give the product and marketing teams input.
Relationship management: Identify chances for cross-selling or upselling and cultivate current accounts to guarantee high retention rates.
