Job Description
Our manufacturing expansion and civil/structural engineering division's "On-Field Quality Governance Authority" and "Installation Compliance Guardian" are the Site QA/QC Engineer. For new plant setups or facility expansions, your main responsibility is to supervise, inspect, and approve all on-site construction, structural fabrication, equipment installation, and pipe loops. As the "Field Inspection Anchor," you make sure that utility integrations, mechanical structures, structural welding, and civil foundations all precisely adhere to international quality management standards, standard operating procedures, and engineering blueprints (ISO 9001). An very watchful, structurally sound engineer who can handle field contractions, evaluate material test reports, and firmly enforce quality standards among site construction workers and third-party contractors is the ideal choice.

Responsibilities
Field Material Inspection & Verification: Examine and confirm that all incoming structural steel, cement arrays, piping systems, and mechanical assets are delivered to the construction site; track down supplier heat numbers and confirm that the Material Test Certificates (MTC) match.
On-Site Process Auditing & Witnessing: Oversee and record on-site quality check gates, including as torque verifications on structural steel bolted joints, soil compaction metrics, concrete slump tests, and structural alignment checks.
Welding Quality & NDT Coordination: To ensure structural weld integrity throughout piping frameworks, check welding alignments and coordinate Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures, such as Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT).
Field Non-Conformance Management (NCR): Coordinate corrective rework operations and conduct verification loops; identify, record, and register structural deviations or contractor shortcuts through formal Field Non-Conformance Reports.

Skills:
Advanced structural ability to decipher intricate civil foundation files, structural steel detailing prints, isometric pipe maps, and welding calculation profiles is known as engineering blueprint and schematic fluency.
NDT Evaluation & Interpretation: The ability to read and assess radiography films, thickness gauging readouts, and NDT test logs.
Deductive Field Problem Solving: A methodical, analytical troubleshooting technique to determine whether structural fabrication mistakes or poor foundation casting are the cause of field structural alignment problems.
Assertive Contractor Management Communication: Strong verbal and technical writing abilities to firmly and tactfully enforce exact quality boundaries with local third-party builders.
Physical Resilience & Field Mobility: Completely at ease navigating active project zones, managing heights, moving across open construction fields safely, and doing site walkthroughs.
