CRM Management: Keep accurate, auditable notes in the CRM software, documenting the specifics of the customer encounter, the activities performed, and any necessary follow-ups.
Escalation Protocol: In accordance with established operating standards, identify and escalate complicated, unresolved issues to the relevant tier-2 support or shift supervisor.
Quality Adherence: Regularly reach or surpass desired KPIs, such as average handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality assurance standards.
Product Knowledge: To guarantee correct information delivery, stay up to date on corporate policies, promotional offers, service updates, and product features.
