Duties:
Hybrid Support: Depending on queue needs, balanced handling of incoming and outgoing calls as well as real-time chat or email tickets.
Case Ownership: Oversee a client issue's entire lifespan, transferring context from a phone consultation to an email follow-up.
Written Correspondence: Write polished, flawless emails and chat responses that follow the company's grammatical guidelines and brand voice.
Information Synthesis: To provide precise case summaries in the CRM system, quickly collect information from client calls.
Back-Office Coordination: To assist with the resolution of complex queries, complete data input, verification, or research duties during "non-voice" times.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use chat to provide visual aids or links while guiding clients through simple technical procedures over the phone.
Focus Skills:
Bimodal Fluency: Excellent written English (grammar, punctuation, and professional etiquette) combined with strong verbal communication abilities.
High-Speed Processing: Accurate typing while accessing internal knowledge bases or listening to a customer.
Context switching: The ability to quickly transition from an animated phone conversation to a targeted, analytical email response.
Analytical Ability: The capacity to identify consumer problems and decide whether they call for a written solution or quick conversational assistance.
Tool Proficiency: Multichannel support tool experience.
