Office Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the office space, making sure that all furnishings, equipment, and utilities are in optimal operating condition.
Vendor & Facility Management: Manage contracts, assess service quality, and serve as the main point of contact with outside vendors (AMC providers, housekeeping, security, and catering).
Procurement and Inventory: Manage the acquisition of stationery, office supplies, and pantry items; uphold stringent inventory controls to avoid waste or stock-outs.
Front Office & Hospitality: Organize front desk tasks, such as processing couriers, managing visitors, and guaranteeing a polished reception.
Travel & Logistics: Oversee employees' local and international travel plans, including booking flights, lodging, and obtaining visas.
Event Coordination: Take the lead in organizing and carrying out town halls, employee engagement initiatives, and internal business events.
Required Skills:
Organizational excellence is the remarkable capacity to prioritize several pressing duties while being composed and professional.
Negotiation Prowess: The ability to bargain with suppliers to obtain the highest caliber services at the most affordable prices.
