A Social Media Designer/Developer, a creates, designs, and posts original content across digital platforms to boost engagement. This role requires combining creative graphic design skills with technical programming ability to build custom pages, applications, and visual assets, while analyzing key performance indicators. 

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design: Producing engaging, original visual content, graphics, and videos for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Technical Development: Using coding skills to build specialized social media pages, interactive content, and applications to boost user engagement.
Analytic & Optimization: Measuring key performance indicators (K Pis) and analyzing social media traffic to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Strategy Implementation: Working with marketing teams to align social media efforts with company goals. 

Requirements
Education: A degree in graphic design, computer science, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photo shop) and programming languages.
Creativity: Strong visual design skills and a passion for social media trends.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with little supervision.
