Core Dot Net Developer focuses on the design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions that meet client requirements. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to build large, complex developments and ensure that final products are visually appealing and user-friendly. 
Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Utilize Microsoft's .NET infrastructure to create, deploy, and monitor software solutions.
Code Maintenance: Reformulate existing code to adhere to guidelines and conduct testing to remedy errors and omissions.
Collaboration: Work with coworkers and stakeholders to facilitate the creation of complex developments and incorporate client feedback into future versions.
Requirements and Skills
Education: A degree in software engineering, web design, or a similar field.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in C#, F#, or VB.NET, along with experience using SQL or Oracle.
Certifications: Having MCSD or MCPD training is highly advantageous.
Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities.
